Massage your Finn Farms Pork Spare Ribs with a generous amount of your favorite Pork Rub seasoning and place them, meat-side down, on a foil lined bake sheet. Fill the bony side with sliced onions and cover with foil. Roast in preheated 275 F oven until the meat is so tender it falls off the bone. Remove from oven, discard onions, turn ribs meaty side up, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and broil for 5 to 10 minutes for a finger-licking meal that your family (or your guests) will love so much, they will keep coming back.
