Our Finn Farms Ham Steaks are surely a crowd pleaser. Finn Farms Ham is smoked low and slow to make a tender, succulent steak whose aroma will tease your taste buds even before you pull it out of its package (so yum!).
For an easy, tasty meal, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet on medium heat, brown both sides of a ham steak (whole or cut into 1/2 to 1″ strips). Remove ham steak from skillet. Add 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard, 1/4 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup) and 1 teaspoon paprika to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Add a cup of your favorite pre-cooked veggies (we love peas for this recipe) and the cooked Ham Steaks until they are warmed through and serve over cooked white rice or mashed potatoes. Your family, your taste buds, your guests will just love you.
Finn Farms Ham Steaks are about 1/2 to 1″ thick and each package contains one ham steak.
