Finn Farms Pork Neck Bones

Popular in Southern US and Caribbean cuisine, pork neck bones have a small amount of meat which, when simmered or slow roasted, is lick-your-fingers-clean succulent. Finn Farms Pork Neck Bones are rich in collagen and make delicious stock, soup and gravy. 

Each package contains six to seven neck bones and is approx. 2-3 lbs.

Thoroughly massage a paste made with your favorite Pork Rub and a little olive oil on each cleaned Finn Farms Pork Neck Bones and let them marinate for at least an hour. Place neck bones on a bake sheet rack,  and roast for 1 to 2 hours (until done to your liking) in a 350 F preheated oven. Serve with your favorite salad.
